Meet Jovhannah Tisdale
Founder, Sacred Wellness Alchemy™

I’m an energy healing practitioner, licensed massage and bodywork therapist, Reiki Master, intuitive tarot reader, and spiritual life coach, known as the Sacred Wellness Alchemist™.

But more than any title, I’m a woman who has spent much of her life learning what it means to heal, grow, thrive, and come home to herself.

I know what it feels like to carry stress, emotional pain, old patterns, and expectations that were never truly yours. I also know what it means to begin releasing them. And to listen more deeply to yourself, reconnect with your body and spirit, and reclaim the parts of yourself you may have learned to abandon along the way.

Sacred Wellness Alchemy™ was born from that journey.

It's my signature body of healing work, bringing together the practices, wisdom, and experiences that have shaped my own path of healing and transformation. Through this work, I create space for women to release what no longer serves them, restore their connection with themselves, realign with their truth, and embody their Sacred Self.

This work continues to evolve as I do. At its heart, though, the invitation remains the same:
