Just relax, and breathe normally. You may fall asleep during your session, that’s totally fine
Focus on the intention you set for your session
Pay attention to how you feel and any thoughts that arise
You may feel tingling, warmth, cold, or other sensations; or nothing at all

After Your Session

An Alchemy Healing report will be sent to you via email with any messages or information that came up
Stay hydrated. Spend 20-30 minutes resting or journaling after your session. Don’t rush back to your day.
