The past couple weeks I have been focused on reopening. Recently I thought “is this even the right time?”. The world is on fire, war is happening, living is super expensive… how I could I reopen my healing practice at a time like this.
My heart felt heavy and I wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing.
This isn't the first time I've had these thoughts. I think about the micro and macrocosm of life and constantly have to reconcile within myself.
This is the work that I do. I guide my clients through the darkness, chaos, pain, heartache and trauma back into the light. Back to the other side where wholeness and liberation reside.
Times like these are when we build community, when we restore ourselves and our families and start creating safe spaces to nurture and nourish ourselves.
I am needed because you are needed.
My work is needed because wholeness and liberation are necessary.
We are witnessing Sacred Wellness Alchemy™ happening at a global scale.
Release. Restore. Realign. Rebirth.
Sitting in prayer and meditation, I was reminded that it's the light that carries us through the darkness. In times of chaos that is when guidance is needed the most. I didn't go through all that i've experienced to sit on the wisdom I gained. I know it was part of my path to shape me into the healer that I am today.
When I look on social media, all i see is creativity and inspiration THRIVING!
So much beautiful music, ancestral wisdom, love, fashion, art, comedy, stories and cultural pride are being shared.
Instead of hatred I'm seeing the heart of humanity showing up, helping others, sharing whatever magic or medicine they can and it does make a difference. This is the frequency of what is to come.
Joy in hard times is resistance. It's a balm to the soul.
Laughter is medicine. It heals the heart and frees the mind.
Love is revolutionary. It creates and rebuilds connections.
Sacred Wellness Alchemy™ is the pathway to liberation and wholeness and for me to pause, or stop would be a disservice to my community, you, myself and my lineage.
Rather than sitting on the side lines, I choose to answer the call and be a beacon of light and pillar of support for those who need it.
My search for a new location continues I've found a few places that I truly liked but after sitting with the energy of the space, it wasn't truly aligned.
This process is so important to me and I don't want to rush it. I'd like to find space where I can establish my healing and wellness center for several years. The space has to be everything that I need it to be, I am not willing to compromise.
For now, I am accepting clients for virtual Intuitive Guidance Sessions. We can explore Body Wisdom, Sacred Motherhood, or Heart Healing Pathways.
