Embodied Alchemy Healing is about safety, regulation, and connection.

Your body carries stress, memories, along with tension and pain within from physical discomfort, and also from experiences you may not even consciously think about anymore. 

When the nervous system does not feel safe, it holds.

These sessions gently support your body in softening.

Through intuitive energy work, intentional touch, and a protected ceremonial environment, your system is guided into regulation. From that place, clearing happens naturally. Release happens safely. Alignment becomes possible.

Embodied Alchemy is designed to support the mind, body, and energetic system as a whole.

This work may support you in:

A grounded, restorative energy healing experience designed to help you release what your body has been carrying and return to a regulated, supported state.

This session blends Reiki along with other energy healing modalities, and intuitive somatic awareness to support emotional softening, energetic clearing, and nervous system regulation.

Each session is intuitively guided and meets you exactly where you are in the moment, working with what your system is ready to release and restore.

You may arrive feeling stressed, heavy, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You leave feeling more steady, more present, and more connected to yourself.

This is a space to pause, exhale, and let your body recalibrate.
