Embracing Abundantly Ever After: A Journey to Healing and Manifestation
On this episode of the Abundantly Ever After show, I discuss trauma and the concept of living abundantly ever after. Drawing from her own experiences with trauma, including domestic abuse and sexual assault, I define trauma as any experience that causes harm.
I feel it's important to seek therapy to deal with emotional issues, and believe everyone is deserving of the life they desire, regardless of past experiences. This show covers various topics, including relationships, finances, healing, and spirituality.
There's also the opportunity for listeners to submit anonymous confessions and questions for me to answer on the show's Q&A segment. Overall, the Abundantly Ever After show aims to create a safe space for listeners to share their stories of trauma and struggle.
Welcome to the Abundantly Ever After show, where I share my stories and experiences of overcoming life's struggles to live a life filled with abundance. In this introductory episode, I want to give you a glimpse of what to expect from the show and share a little bit about the why behind it all.
Discovering My Calling
I'm Jovhannah Tisdale – a spiritual healer, life coach, tarot card reader, and now a massage therapist. Over the years, I have studied and trained in various tools and modalities to support women in their journey towards self-love, healthy relationships, and healing from toxic experiences. I have created spaces like Healing Single Mothers, an oasis for single moms, and have offered social media management and support for other spiritual businesses.
However, as my work became scattered among different brands, and I realized that I wanted to create something authentic, untouched by external influences, and purely led by spirit and my heart. And that's how the Abundantly Ever After Show came to life.
Living Abundantly Ever After
The essence of my work revolves around helping people heal from pain, trauma, disappointments, and struggles, and guiding them towards living abundantly ever after. But let me clarify something, abundance doesn't solely refer to financial wealth.
While money is undoubtedly a key aspect, my focus extends beyond that. I want you to experience an abundance of love, travel, dance, bliss, connection, self-love, success, and personal growth.
Abundantly Ever After encompasses everything that your heart desires and more.
Manifesting Your Dreams
In future episodes, we'll delve into the art of manifestation. However, I want to emphasize that my approach is grounded in reality. I'm here to support everyday folks, like you and me, who strive to improve their lives within their current circumstances.
Maybe you're living paycheck to paycheck and seeking to break free from a toxic relationship without draining your finances. Perhaps you dream of buying a house, or taking a trip overseas. I'm here to guide you on how to manifest the lifestyle you yearn for.
Sharing and Showing Up Authentically
With the Abundantly Ever After show, I want to take you on my journey; wherever I go, wherever I feel called to record an episode. So no, right now, I won't be sitting in a fancy studio with a microphone in front of me all the time.
As I sit in the carpool line at my daughter's school, for example, I capture moments to share my thoughts and inspirations. This is my version of living abundantly ever after – being present for my child and finding opportunities to record episodes.
Diverse Segments, Diverse Content
The Abundantly Ever After Show will feature various segments to provide unique experiences for our listeners. Sometimes, it will just be me sharing insights on specific topics. Other times, my daughter Savvi and I will have ‘tea time' conversations, offering different generational perspectives.
We might also launch a book club, where I discuss the books I'm reading and the lessons I've learned. And of course, we will have sessions dedicated to readings, meditations, and healing transmissions, providing spiritual wisdom and inspiration.
A Journey Towards Healing and Manifestation
As you join me on this podcast journey, know that I am committed to sharing my own experiences and the lessons I've learned along the way.
I'm not a medical professional, but I can speak from my own encounters with trauma and offer support for those dealing with similar situations. It's important to note that there are different levels of trauma, and while I can provide guidance for personal growth, complex traumas require professional help.
