I feel like I'm finally back to myself, .
Not my old self either, but I feel more ME than ever.
For the first time in months, I was able to walk and it was exactly what my soul needed.
That mile felt like I was walking on sunshine. I'm pretty sure the beautiful weather helped too.
Being in nature for me is church. Its prayer and meditation for me.
I see and sense The Divine in everything.
Before my last 2 children I walked 5 miles and practiced yoga daily. It was part of my routine and I loved every minute of those sacred wellness practices.
While on my walk with Baby Girl, I felt like I shed so much. It felt like I was coming out of a cocoon.
I found myself.
I found my voice.
I found my path.
I remembered why I started a business all those years ago, and why I added bodywork into my healing and coaching practice.
Essentially what I experienced was my own blossoming. I shed the final layers of past remnants that kept me from fully showing up and embodying all that I am.
Free is the only way to describe how I feel.
My mind is so clear. I'm absolutely certain of my next steps and what I'm being called to do.
I am no longer creating according to someone else's rules or strategy.
I'm truly doing what has been within me all this time. And doing it in a way that's aligned with my Divine Design.
I have never been more excited to get back to bodywork!!!
Truly I've missed it, but I didn't think I was ready.
Once I reopen, things will be different but it will be the way I was meant to support your healing and growth.
It will be slow and intentional, but it's happening.
Once I have all the details locked in, you'll be the first to know.
Seeing growth in myself and watching as I practice, preach and integrate my own work is amazing.
The way I serve and hold space isn't just something I do, it's who I am.
While I've been heavily in Mommy Mode, I've also been super creative and working behind the scenes to create a healing practice that supports us both.
The Rebirth Immersion
I'm most proud of The Rebirth Immersion a private 13 month Sacred Wellness Alchemy™ Coaching Experience.
This is for the woman who is done surviving and ready to become the center of her own life.
This includes everything, coaching, healing, spiritual guidance, integration practices, and even in-person wellness retreats.
Because it's such a high touch, customized experience, I'm only creating space to support 2 clients. Applications will be open soon.
This program has lived inside a notebook for over a decade!
When I look through the stacks of pages filled with ideas and inspiration, I see the blueprint of what I'm building.
It won't be called The Kulture Spa, I just feel that name doesn't fit anymore, but it will still be me in a sacred space doing what I do.
My goal is to get back to coaching, bodywork, wellness retreats, and Sacred Wellness Alchemy™ healing experiences.
