What if the woman you’re meant to be isn’t out there waiting for you, but already living inside you; just waiting for a quiet moment to be heard and seen?
That question stayed with me for a long time, especially during seasons when I felt completely lost and disconnected from myself.
I spent years performing, putting on masks, fitting myself into boxes, chasing some version of “who I should be” based on everyone else’s expectations.
Maybe you know what I mean. You’re defining yourself by your job title, relationship status, or roles that you play, checking off boxes, but wondering why you still feel unseen… even to yourself.
For a while, I was moving through life on autopilot, carrying other people’s definitions of “enough,” “worthy,” or “together.” It all came to a point when I was in a deep depressive state.
I remember standing in front of my mirror most days, wondering who was looking back at me. I searched my own eyes, asking, “Who am I? Why am I here? What’s left of me beneath all this?” I didn’t know it back then, but that simple ritual of looking in the mirror became the beginning of everything for me.
That experience inspired me to create The Mirror, not as a personality test or something that tells you who you should become, but as a sacred tool for gentle, honest self-reflection.
The Mirror is a guided journey that can help you get clear on the season of life you’re in, the archetype guiding you right now, and how you might reconnect with parts of yourself that have been buried, quieted, or lost along the way.
I created it out of necessity, out of my own pain. I wanted something that allowed me to expand and revealed my own wisdom back to me.
Over time, as I moved through the cycles, working with the energy of the Sacred Archetypes, and all the in-betweens… I learned that transformation isn’t about becoming a whole new woman.
It’s about remembering and reclaiming the woman I always was.
If you find yourself asking:
“Who am I?
What’s next for me?”
Or maybe just feeling like something under the surface is trying to get your attention… you’re not alone.
Life keeps shifting.
We lose pieces of ourselves and sometimes it feels like we have to start from the bottom up… but what if the sacred work is about gathering those pieces up, tending to them, and letting them make us whole?
If you’re curious, or you’ve been hearing those quiet questions from within, I invite you to take a look in The Mirror for yourself.
See what reflection it offers you. Let it open a space for honest, gentle self-discovery. Maybe, in that space, you’ll find the spark of the woman you’ve always been.
