My work was born from my own healing.

I know what it feels like to carry trauma in the body, to navigate heartbreak, and to rebuild from survival into wholeness. Sacred Wellness Alchemy™ was shaped through lived experience, integration, and deep devotion to embodied healing.

I am the Founder of Sacred Wellness Alchemy™, and am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in North Carolina, Energy Healing Practitioner, Master Spiritual Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, and intuitive guide. My work integrates body based healing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual insight to support women in releasing what they have been carrying and realigning with who they truly are.
